The Dish From the Dubya's Digs: Sha-Beeee!!!

Sha-beee! This is Kendall's favorite word. She uses it regularly and no one knows what she be talking about! But its a super cute and fun word to say...try it!

Kendall is on the tail end of 1 now and she is a mover and a shaker! She is absolutely unstoppable which is evident in all the falls and spills this girl has had. She has already fallen down the stairs, and just the other day she rolled full speed down the treacherous driveway to crash on the road. She earned herself some scars on her face. Now she thinks it is funny to point to her ride-on toy and say "I fall mommy" "no no" and then she rolls the toy to the driveway and pushes it down and laughs! Should I be worried??

She also walks down the stairs holding the railing and freely walks down the patio stairs one foot at a time. She loves to play with Owen, and join in on lego building, coloring, playing with cars, and imaginative play in the tub with foam soap. She laughs at Owen with her whole gut when he makes farty noises or falls, or imitates minions from the Despicable Me movies. She also thinks its awesome to hit him reapeatedly while he is sitting with me and Owen doesn't know whether to laugh or cry ( because it is pretty funny how hard she hits him and how seriously). Kendall just loooooves babies, real and pretend, and loves all over them. She stays very busy feeding them, placing them in a high chair, kissing them and putting them to bed, changing their poopy diaper, and taking them for a stroller ride.

She is a talking machine ( just as her brother was at this age), and I may be the only one who understands her but it is still amazing. She is spitting out 3-4 word sentences and getting her point across most of the time. She also uses the word "mommy" before and after almost every word- adorable ! She does not use Ks, P's but you get the gist.

Kendall is, to my delight, a fabulous singer as is her brother. The two of them can sing along to the top 40 in the car, and will grow up listening to XM radio! Kendall also sings along to all of her bedtime songs such as "baby mine", "winnie the pooh song", "little black rain cloud", twinkle little star", "ABCs", The I love you Barney song" and many more!

"Bubba! teeth wi Ta-ta? ( calling owen to brush teeth with her from top of the stairs)
"baby go ni-ni, mommy, baby eat"
"Tain-tu!" ( thank you)
"mommy, daddy home, mommy?
"Wha bubba doing, mommy?"
"i wan potsitle mommy!" ( popsicle)
and of course all day long...."mommy, loot ( look) mommy, wat (watch)....
