39 weeks

No news to report unfortunately. I am still 1 cm and 20-30% effaced and softening. Baby Kendall is still bouncing and floating and not "engaged" yet. Heart rate was 156 however and she is very active! Because of my lack of progress, we cannot yet talk or schedule an induction with confidence. This is ok with me because I really don't want to evict her! The labor would be prolonged if we tried to do anything yet. I will see what happens this week, keep working, and see Dr. Pringle again on Monday, the due date. ugh! Every time I hear about someone going before their due date makes me bitter right now. grrr...this is the worst part about being 9 months preggo! So goal this week....contractions! bring on the pain!!!! I am walking my butt off and my legs are sore and stronger...but no baby!
Dr. Pringle is on call Thursday, and next Tuesday and Thursday and she says she has a high percentage of delivering her own patient's babies! Her nurse will call me tomorrow and put me on the schedule for induction next week just in case. She said labor and delivery is very busy right now and going past my due date is not a good reason for induction, but maybe she can get me in there now. So.....keep thinking  baby thoughts!

Update: Induction scheduled for 12/12/12! I will still see the doctor for my 40 week appointment but also going to run down to labor and delivery before to get blood drawn and do some other pre-admission stuff. Wednesday I will have to be at the hospital by 5am! ahhh! To have a baby!!! So I guess we have an end day but she is still welcome to make an appearance before then but she seems pretty comfy in there :)
