38 weeks

38 week appointment started with an ultrasound (#6 i think??) which was just me and Kendall. She was head down and facing my back like a good girl! This means that I did not get any pic of her face. All I saw was her hair flowing around, and one eye open. She was kicking away but we got a size of about 7 lbs which is 70th percentile. It has been steadily increasing but not out of control and all in order. Dr. Pringle looooves her ultrasounds. Heart rate was coming in at 148 bpm. I have not dilated anymore and I was only told I was softening. Not much happening but then I have not had any contractions and thats all we need. I did not ask her about Kendall's station or my belly measurement this time. I feel like she is quite comfy and floating blissfully. I am busy at work and with Owen and Christmas shopping, decorating...etc.. so she can make a casual appearance...as long as it is at least next weekend :) 39 week appointment is on Monday the 3rd, and we will see if there is any more progress, and we will discuss my feelings on induction. Right now I am still holding onto hope that Kendall and I can do this ourselves!
